This 2 year old prosciutto is made from pasture raised, acorn fed, 100% Berkshire. Incredibly smooth and sweet. Beautiful, rustic, with bone in, hoof on. 12-17 lbs each. PRICE IS PER LB. You will be charged for the actual weight of the piece you buy.
